Our expansive practice covers a full range of services, including appellate advocacy, attorney closing services, bankruptcy solutions, consumer collections, creditors' rights matters, foreclosure proceedings, eviction services, litigation support, regulatory compliance, REO (Real Estate Owned) services, replevin actions, and an array of other specialized legal services tailored to meet our client's unique needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing or review of pleadings, writs, correspondence, and agreements;
  • Mailing or electronic filing of pleadings such as Motions and writs with various courts;
  • Review of Court or Clerk web sites to determine case status;
  • Calls to and from court or county personnel as needed related to case status or informational needs;
  • Scheduling hearings and maintaining an organized hearing calendar;
  • Maintaining accurate and current information in case management and client systems;
  • Providing updates to the clients via client directed systems and email;
  • Daily communication with clients in a professional manner;
  • Communicate with defendants and defense counsel regarding case status and settlements;
  • Place outbound calls to defendants in line with the firm’s call policies;
  • Receive incoming calls in line with the firm’s call policies;
  • Assist management and attorneys in all aspects and areas of a multi-state practice as needed;
  • Provide assistance in the firm’s mortgage default practice as needed;
  • Provide clerical support for the office;
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of collections/legal experience in a fast paced environment or Associate’s Degree or higher required;
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner;
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple court web-based systems;
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment;
  • Work will be performed in the firm’s Tampa office.
